On November 30, 2012, Rudy J. Ferretti, classic gaming's most foul mouth paranoid online stalker, bigot and agitator, sent me my first ever hate email claiming I was "corrupt and colluding" against him because I wouldn't return his obsessive and delusional phone calls where he referred to me as a "bitch" and a "cunt".
In 2013 he threatened Twin Galaxies with "exposure" if I didn't write a story on him. I declined. I flat out refused him.
In April 2014, he launched a full online assault against me, the producers, and certain cast members of "No Princess in The Castle", logging in nearly 70 hours on the subject in 3 years. Then came the blogs, the assaults on my social media, my website, Twin Galaxies' wikipedia and the release of countless crude, obscene, racist and misogynist statements against me and several other women in gaming at the time. By October of that year he had a full-on online support group of anti-feminist bigots towing his line. The classic arcade community by and large allowed him to continue harassing me. It was their supreme entertainment.
He suddenly became the darling on New TG; had his and his supporter's ass kissed by men who were afraid of him. Lots of men...men who traded my ruin for his favor just so they could keep him concentrated on blaming me and pointing his obsessive/compulsive disorder away from their interests. They used me as a shield; a red sash tied on the stick before a raging psychotic. They willfully endangered my safety for their own gain. They did.
November 2016....same story. Same foul videos from Ferretti. Same obscene words. Same men bowing at his feet for absolution and mercy. Frightened men. Cowardly men. Men who think women are shit. Men who will do anything to preserve their social standing even if it means siding with the immoral. "No Princess in The Castle" cast him in the film and didn't tell me about it. I resigned as a writer on the production. Few cast members backed me up, more interested in being in a film more than concerning themselves with red flags about the ethics of the production. This incident had a "House of Cards" effect on my life, creating an online backlash of hate against me so intense that it eclipsed my life for a very long time. I was "fucked" by a thumb-caricature in comics. I was branded evil, a "radical feminist". A cunt. A bitch. So many vile things.
Ferretti wanted a story 4 years ago. In 9 days he and his supporters are getting one. His best feature ever complete with a video of once deleted statements and podcasts footage and my tale forewarning about what happens to women in classic arcade gaming when they have ideas and opinions.
